Spicy Basque Fryer peppers dipped into Korean soybean paste & sesame oil. I learned this from my mom, and I love it. The peppers are crunchy with a kick, the seasoned soybean paste is salty, and the sesame oil adds a nutty quality. But beware, the peppers can be very spicy!! It may not seem it at first, but the closer you get to the seeds the more intense the heat gets. I have a strange addiction to spicy food too, so for me to put something down because it's "too hot" is peculiar.. I have had to walk away from some of these in the past!

My pre-dinner snack...
I made assembled myself a little snack, while waiting for Jeremiah to come home. He went mountain biking in NH for the day, and won't be home for awhile. So, I decided that a light bite was appropriate. I'm attempting a pan roasted Chilean sea bass for dinner, and don't want to ruin my appetite.
